1. Introduction

Welcome to TrustSeal Documentation Hub, located at trustsealdochub.top. These Terms of Service govern access to our offerings, including notary services, information products, and physical goods. By accessing or using any part of the platform, you agree to these terms.

2. Scope of Offerings

TrustSeal Documentation Hub provides three categories of offerings: notary services, information products, and physical goods.

3. Notary Services

TrustSeal Documentation Hub offers in-person and remote notary sessions. Appointments may be rescheduled without extra charge if requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the appointment will be eligible for a full refund of fees paid. Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours before the appointment will be subject to a 50% administrative deduction from the original fee. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable due to resource commitments. Fees will be reimbursed to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.

4. Information Products

Digital materials such as guides, templates, and online seminars may be requested for a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided that the content has not been accessed, downloaded, or streamed. Once access is granted, the purchase is final and non-refundable. Approved refunds for information products will be processed within 5 business days.

5. Physical Goods

Physical items ordered through our platform may be requested for a refund within 30 calendar days of delivery, if the items remain unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for shipping costs of refunded goods. Refunds for goods will be issued within 10 business days after receipt and inspection of the package.

6. Rescheduling and Transfer

Rescheduling applies only to notary services and must meet the notice requirements specified above. Information products and physical goods are not transferable.

7. Refund Procedure

To request a refund, please contact us via our contact form or call +41761607107. Include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the refund request. All refund approvals are at the discretion of TrustSeal Documentation Hub and will be processed to the original payment method within the stated timeframes.

8. No-Refund Cases

Certain specialized notary tasks that require immediate review or submission to authorities are non-refundable once work has commenced. This policy is necessary to cover preparatory work and scheduling commitments.

10. Governing Law
